In our journey so far, we have had some successes we are particularly proud of:
Secured a first-of-its-kind order in the court of Chief Commissioner for Persons With Disabilities, which mandated private service providers to make their offerings accessible to PwDs; Have about 100 cases pending in court of Chief Commissioner for Persons with Disabilities in respect
of inaccessible applications and websites.
Secured a first-of-its-kind order in India, wherein Delhi High Court directed the Shah Rukh Khan starrer Bollywood movie Pathaan (produced by Yash Raj Films) to be released with accessibility features; the Delhi High Court proceedings were supported by sign language interpretation.of inaccessible applications and websites.
Provided research support in a matter before Bombay High Court which enabled a student with visual impairment to pursue physiotherapy; Representing a disabled academician before Delhi High Court to uphold right to accessible academic resources. of inaccessible applications and websites.
Participation on the accessibility committee set up by Delhi High Court; contributed to the accessibility report launched by Supreme Court on physical and functional accessibility.

We have conducted workshops for the Rhodes Trust, the Department for Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities, the Rehabilitation Council of India and Vidhi Centre for Legal Policy. We have spoken at the Access India Convention, sensitised State Commissioners for Persons with Disabilities at the International Purple Fest, Goa 2024 and worked with law firms such as Trilegal, think tanks, such as Centre for Budget Governance and Accountability to make their offerings accessible. We work with leading OTT streaming platforms such as Hotstar and Netflix to make their content accessible to PwDs. We have also audited the websites of government platforms and worked on a National healthcare project with the objective of making the content of its website fully accessible for PwDs.
